We know that pricing is a crucial part of your evaluation process.

Because the needs of every Sona customer are unique, our pricing is customised to match.

How we calculate pricing

Our pricing is based on an implementation fee and a per user per month licence fee, calculated based on two key factors:

  1. The number of employees (‘users’) who will need to access the system each month
  2. Your subscription type and the services you require (see next section)

Implementation

We have helped our customers with a number of integrations and we do have robust integrations with a variety of software providers. Please let us know of your current systems and our Implementations and Engineering teams will be able to give you a tailored advice regarding required integrations development and timelines.

Only pay for what you need

We offer a range of product clouds - including Operations, HR, Engagement and Finance - so you only ever pay for the features you need.

Support at Sona

A dedicated Enterprise Implementation Manager will ensure a successful implementation of Sona while our Customer Success Team will maximise value from Sona post implementation - we provide regular performance reviews, monthly check-ins and ad-hoc account support.
